Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, a cook instructor and weaver. She is a part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
